ingredients
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Black peppercorns
- Sweet and smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Nooch
- MSG
- Salt
- Turmeric
method
- Grind the rosemary, thyme, oregano and black peppercorns in a mortar and pestle.
- When the leaves are fine enough, add the rest of the ingredients in and grind.
- Sprinkle over vegetables and toss with olive oil.
notes
- I usually cut my vegetables into 3 cm cubes and roast at 200°C for 40 mins.
