I think this is about enough for two people to have as a side with a main.
Ingredients
- 100 g dry pasta (I prefer fusilli or curls)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup finely cubed vegetables (corn, capsicum, carrot, etc)
Method
- Cook the pasta and let it cool.
- Mix everything in a bowl.
