Pasta Salad

The ideal last-minute dish to bring to a gathering does not exi-
I think this is about enough for two people to have as a side with a main.

Ingredients

  • 100 g dry pasta (I prefer fusilli or curls)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely cubed vegetables (corn, capsicum, carrot, etc)

Method

  1. Cook the pasta and let it cool.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl.
