Ingredients
- 1 can of butter beans, drained
- 1 small/medium lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, finely cubed
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 capsicum, finely cubed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp IKEA SÅS SENAP & DILL (or other dressing with dill)
- 1 tbsp sundried tomato, chopped
Method
- Mix everything in a bowl.
