Ingredients

  • 1 can of butter beans, drained
  • 1 small/medium lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, finely cubed
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 capsicum, finely cubed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp IKEA SÅS SENAP & DILL (or other dressing with dill)
  • 1 tbsp sundried tomato, chopped

Method

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.
